- If the guest need to cancel the bookings, he need to contact us 24 hours before his arrival date.
- For Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival date or No Shows 1 x night cancellation fee will be charged.
- Should guests need to shorten their stay and leave early as they have not made it to the next round of the conference, there will be no penalty to the guests for reducing their stay once they are in house.
